Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days after shipment
International: 10–20 business days after shipment (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
Chrome Saint is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Chrome Saint is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees

Lost or Stolen Packages

Chrome Saint is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost, contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us and we’ll assist however we can.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue.
